Grafana Loki Timeout Exceeded While Awaiting Headers

If you have encountered the error message Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers while querying Loki from Grafana, it may be necessary to adjust the timeout settings for the Loki datasource.

Navigate to the “Data sources” section in the menu, select your Loki datasource, and scroll down to locate the “Additional settings” option.

Within the “Additional settings”, increase the timeout duration. The default setting is 60 seconds, and the value is specified in seconds.

After making the adjustment, click the “Save & Test” button to apply the changes. Your configuration is now updated.
